CFCOA Represents at the Civil War CF Comp!

Coaches Rose and Angel teamed up with Ass-Kickers Lyndsey and Brian for an all-day fun-in-the-sun competition down in Huntington Beach. This 4-person team ended up winning 4th place and had a blast doing so. Congrats to our CFCOA team and a big thank you to all of our members who drove down to HB to cheer them on!

Join our Co-op!

Want to incorporate more organic vegetables into your diet? Are you strapped for time and want an effortless way to take better care of your health? Do you want to discover new recipes that involve vegetables that you may or may not be currently including in your diet? Then, the CFCOA Veggie Co-op is for you! Here’s how it works:

You sign up and pay for a bag of 8 different veggies and occasionally one herb by the Wednesday before the co-op (it happens every other Saturday). Then, you pick up your bag on Saturday between 10:30 and 12pm. It’ that simple. The price varies on different factors (recurring or not, volunteer or not).

Also, remember that we offer organic, free range eggs as well. These are sold at the flat price of $3.50. These eggs are AMAZING, and you can’t beat the price!
