Eat for Life Challenge 3.1 Starts February 1st!!

Looking for a diet challenge to whip yourself into shape this fall? Join us for the international Whole Life Challenge that kicks off on September 7th! This challenge is 8 weeks long where you will try your best to track working out, eating right, getting enough sleep, etc. in order to compete for prizes and get in better shape! Registration closes on the 6th, so make sure you sign up before then or you will lose out on a really fun event!

Eat for Life! Challenge Version 2.1 Kicks off Sunday, January 20th!

Did you go a bit off the rails during the holidays? Do you want 2013 to be the year you finally get in the best shape possible? For only $49, you can join in on this 6-week challenge and kickstart your way into 2013! We will have a Facebook page, weekly challenges, and biweekly get-togethers to keep you focused and motivated.

Come to the seminar on Sunday, January 20th at 9:30am and learn the way you should eat if you want to make the most progress towards reaching your goals in 2013. Your payment for the challenge gets put into a pot, the gym keeps 50% of the proceeds, and top female and male take the other 50%.
