Intro Session


The first step toward better fitness is often the most difficult, but we’re there from the beginning to walk the path with you. We’re confident anybody has the capacity to improve their health, regardless of age or physical condition, which is why we offer a FREE introductory session to help you get to know us and better understand what we’re about.


Here’s what an introductory session looks like:

  • Free one-on-one, hour-long session with one of our certified coaches.
  • Discussion about your fitness goals, and briefing on any past athletic experience or injuries.
  • An actual workout! Dress appropriately and have a light snack beforehand because you will sweat your first time in! We’ll walk you through a full warm-up, workout and cool-down, similar to what our athletes do every day.
  • After your workout, your coach will answer any questions you have about CrossFit City of Angels and your fitness in general.

     *Please show up 10 to 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork*

This introductory session is the fundamental stepping-stone to beginning your adventure with CrossFit City of Angels. After your workout, you’ll have a better sense of who we are and how we function. And we’ll have the opportunity to get to know you.

Next steps after your introductory session:

  1. Continue with your coach 1-on-1 in private sessions.
  2. Start Fundamentals Personal Training with your coach to get prepared for group classes
  3. You’ve tested out proving you have the skills & physical fitness to participate in group classes.  Your coach will help choose the best membership to fit your needs.
